Privacy Policy

When you subscribe on this site, we collect your email address and a small UTM tag indicating which form you used. We pass this to Beehiiv, our newsletter provider, who sends you the e-book and occasional updates from Dr. Özgür Zan. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. We do not sell your data, ever.

• To understand which form on the page is converting best, so we can improve the experience.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other regions with similar laws, we rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) as the legal basis for sending you the e-book and the newsletter. You give that consent by ticking the agreement box on the subscription form, and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, Beehiiv removes you from active mailing lists; a suppression record (just your email) is retained so we do not accidentally re-subscribe you. Server logs are retained for up to thirty days.

We share your email address with Beehiiv, our email service provider, who acts as our data processor. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, ever.

Beehiiv is based in the United States, so subscribing means your email address is transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where required by law, this transfer is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and Beehiiv's Data Processing Addendum. You can review their privacy practices for more detail.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@founderssequence.com and we will respond within thirty days.

We do not currently use tracking cookies, advertising trackers, analytics fingerprinting, or third-party social pixels. The only browser storage we use is a single localStorage entry that records your cookie-consent choice so we don't ask you again. This is a strictly necessary item and is not used for tracking.

If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, they will only load after you opt in via the consent banner. You can change your choice anytime using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

When this policy changes materially, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, notify subscribers by email.
